Bertram Development Partners is a fourth generation privately held real estate investment company with operations in California and Arizona. Bertram’s management structure is concentrated in two main operating groups: Community Development responsible for acquisition and repositioning of “value added” assets, and Property Management responsible for the ongoing property management operations during the post renovation of the company's large and diverse apartment portfolio.

Bertram Partners, Inc. (BPI) currently is the Managing General Partner of a wide variety of apartment communities in both Southern California and Arizona.
